Sharpening Instructions:

• Apply lightweight oil or water to stone.
• Holding the blade on a 20″ to 30″ angle, draw the edge from end to point across the full length of the stone in one even motion.
• Repeat this motion on the opposite side of the blade.
• Continue this process until your blade is sharp.
• Wipe the stone clean after use.
